I have tried many GF all purpose flours (Jules, Trader Joe's, Domata, etc.) and have found GF Mama's to be the best. I made the sandwich bread recipe on the back of the almond flour mix. It was so good I just had to have her recipe book. My husband does not eat GF and loves grilled cheese on this bread. Have you ever eaten grilled cheese on GF bread? It is usually pretty tasteless, but not with GF Mama. I made the Italian dinner rolls last night from her recipe book and they were awesome. I could serve those to anyone and they would not know they were gluten free. I love this recipe book and I love her flour. I buy it in bulk from Azure Standard. I can't wait to get her newer cookbook.

This book is amazing! I love almost every recipe I have tried! The book DOES call for the name brand of flour "Gluten Free Mama's Almond Blend Flour". You will need to purchase this flour from either Amazon or the online store from Gluten free Mama, in order to use this book. The flour is also amazing--really smooth, and every single thing I have made with it, nobody can tell it is gluten free! Some of our favorites from this recipe book--the "Perfect hamburger buns"--they are to die for! And, the "Blueberry Yogurt Muffins" taste like something from a professional bakery! My kids also LOVE the "Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies"! REALLY REALLY yummy recipes!

When I was first told to try a gluten free diet by two different doctors in the same day I was stressed! I had no idea how I could be gluten free when it was in EVERYTHING that we were used to eating. All comfort foods, all easy foods, absolutely everything I was familiar with. So I started the research and discovered the flour that this book is based off of, and then the recipe book. I have loved everything that I have made so far, granted I haven't had time to try them all but I'm very pleased with what I have tried. I will say I was a little put off by all the scriptures, not that I don't have faith, I just don't think it needs to be part of a cookbook. Spiral bound might be kind of nice so that the pages would stay open but that's just getting nit picky.

SO excited about this cookbook! I love the Gluten Free Mama's flour, and now I have a whole cookbook filled with recipes that use this flour~how convenient is that. The recipes are basic and simple, not asking for a bunch of weird, ingredients that I don't like the taste of anyhow,which is so common in many gluten free recipes. Tried the cheesy drop biscuits for two last night, and they were amazing~can't wait to try more of the recipes!! Also, so love the fact that these ladies are willing to share their faith by putting Bible verses on all the pages~so inspiring and uplifting~thank-you for your willingness to share the love of Jesus with everyone! Thanks for all your hard work in compiling this cookbook!

This is a great gluten free find. I made the ginger molasses cookies and they were a big hit. Can't wait to try out more recipes. And love the little hints on each page!

Best EVER cookbook and flour blend - I have Celiacs Disease and have tried numerous GF flour blends, all have disappointed, but this one is just like regular flour - the recipe for the chocolate sour cream cake is amazing - NO ONE can tell the difference! I have ordered 6 bags of flour so far and will order more - love the cookbook!

Recipies are ok but they require a stand mixer. Stand mixers and I just don't get along. I don't care for the bread recipes as they are not light and fluffy as stated.

I have been using gluten free recipes as a large portion of my diet for about a year. I use various gluten free flours in my baking. This book had many recipes that include the gluten free flour and combine with sugar, brown sugar ..... The outcomes have been delicious, if not as healthy as I hoped when I ordered the book.
