Martinuzzi does an excellent, if not an exhaustive, job of describing not only why you might need one but every nook and cranny of how to get a VA to do everything you would need in the online world. There is great detail involving not only how to go through finding the perfect fit but discussion of leadership and management information to make sure you get the best out of your investment. Highly recommended for anyone looking to make the leap into utilizing a VA for themselves. Martinuzzi delivered in spades with this book.
